Jane Rossetto
- Sound Designer
Jane Rossetto’s love of musicals has seen her work on a who’s
who of Australian musical theatre. Great shows like 42nd Street,
Me and My Girl, Cats, Les Misérables, The Phantom of the
Opera, Singin’ in the Rain, The Boy from Oz, and many more.
In 2002 Jane was the recipient of a Churchill Fellowship
which enabled her to travel to Europe researching the
various styles of amplification for Opera and Orchestras. This
knowledge has her working closely with the State Opera of
SA and the ASO, her favourites being Dead Man Walking,
the Ring Cycle and working with artists like Burt Bacharach
and Phillip Glass.
Jane recently worked as Sound Coordinator for
WOMADelaide and is Head of Sound for the Adelaide
Festival Centre.
